On the 50th Anniversary of the Human Rights Covenants, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, the Global Initiative for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the Centre for Civil and Political Rights hosted a meeting of civil society members to participate in a discussion with Committee members and speakers from Franciscan International and the Colombian Commission of Jurists on the role of civil society in the Committee’s work on human rights.
